NeuHR 3.0.2 introduces a collection of new features, usability improvements, and fixes designed to make everyday HR and payroll tasks more flexible and reliable.
From greater control over payroll processing to improvements across leave, claims, employee records, and account security, here are some of the key updates in this release.
More Control Over Payroll Processing
NeuHR’s Payroll receives several improvements in NeuHR 3.0.2. Payroll administrators can now manually override Ordinary Wage during payslip generation when adjustments are required. The release also introduces a Payroll Custom View, allowing organisations to control which payroll information selected users can access.

Other payroll improvements include:
- Bulk PDF downloads for payslips
- Multi-currency grouping and breakdowns in payroll tables
- Custom SHG contribution amounts for individual employees
- Selective generation of Bank and CPF files by employee
- Improved currency formatting with the appropriate local symbols
- Employer contribution lines with zero values are now hidden from payslips
Payroll calculations and payslip recalculation stability have also been improved.
SKBBK Support for Malaysia Payroll
NeuHR 3.0.2 adds support for SKBBK contributions in Malaysia payroll following its implementation from June 2026.
The Malaysia payroll breakdown has also been updated to include SKBBK statutory contributions, helping payroll teams manage the additional contribution within their existing payroll workflow.
Improvements Across Leave, Claims and Employee Records
Several smaller improvements have been introduced to make everyday HR administration clearer and easier. The Leave Balance widget now includes a “Show All” toggle option, while Off-In-Lieu accrual records have a new remarks field.
For claims, NeuHR now displays a warning icon when a claim category does not have any subcategories configured. Error messages for claims and file uploads have also been improved.
Administrators can also choose whether to enable or disable statutory fields within employee employment details.
A Cleaner and More Responsive Experience
NeuHR 3.0.2 includes interface improvements across Login, Registration, and Password Reset pages, along with more consistent button styles throughout dialogs and tables.
Password requirement checklists have also been added to Registration and Password Reset forms to make password requirements clearer.
Notification badges in the sidebar now update immediately after actions, reducing the need to refresh the page to see the latest notification count.
Fixes and Reliability Improvements
This release also resolves several issues affecting payroll, leave, claims, and Off-In-Lieu workflows.
Updates include fixes for payroll calculations, leave balance displays, claim filters, Off-In-Lieu expiry and validation, PDF downloads across browsers, and unpaid leave visibility on payslips.
NeuHR 3.0.2 also introduces stronger authorization checks for payroll and payslip actions, alongside the removal of redundant interface elements and unused APIs.
