What is the Part Timer module?
The Part Timer module is a feature within the HRMS that allows HR and managers to manage part-time employees efficiently. It includes shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll integration specifically for part-time staff.
Who can use the Part Timer module?
NeuHR's Part Timer module follows a layered permissions structure. This allows Managers to schedule and track shifts. Whereas part-time employees can view their schedules, submit leave requests, and monitor work hours.
How do I assign shifts to part-time employees?
Navigate to Employees → Work Schedule, and assign shifts using the calendar interface. You can also create recurring shifts for the week, streamlining your shifting workflow.
How is payroll calculated for part-time employees?
Payroll is calculated based on hours worked, hourly rate, overtime, and approved leave. The system integrates seamlessly with your existing payroll module.
Can part-time employees access the module via mobile?
Yes. NeuHR supports part-time employees on mobile, allowing them to view schedules, request leave, and check.
